I think it's a sponge of some kind too it does look very watery though as if the water is running so I'm not sure...

I must say it's not as much fun for me reading all your answers in one go, but I'm glad you folks seem to have had a bit of fun without me. 
nowhere near as much, hope your daughters birthday was enjoyable. And yes, far too hard this week!
