Specifically?

Right! It's a reflection of a beach scene with water in the middle ground and somebody paddling wearing a white top.

There are two other people/dogs in or near the water, one of those may be swimming.

Further out in the middle is a boat/ship and in the far distance is either some land with a tree or building or it may just be more boats/ships going by.

The object doing the reflecting is either polished or chromed metal held in place with a domed head bolt. Obviously being a refection, the view is inverted.

      Well yes, it could<
