A Little Something For The Weekend?

Well teaser fans the time has come to announce this week's winner... and somehow it came as no surprise to me to find it was my old friend Munzly the Hermit supplying the winning entry yesterday; you and Happy seem to have taken over from Spicy as regular winners Munzly... well done old son!

Well we had a bit of fun with this teaser didn't we? Or perhaps it was just me having the fun? I do hope you enjoyed it too...

I tried so hard to give you clues this week too... not direct clues I'll admit... I still wanted you to think around the topic...

Finally we have an answer close enough to be the winner.

As much as I'd have liked the above to be fossilized dino-turds, moth balls, dog biscuits, pea gravel, fungi or, heaven forbid, 1000yr old eggs of gnat found laid within your outer ear canal... it simply isn't so.

Having told us he'd shot his bolt, Munzly finally cracked it.

Nice to see a good bunch of guesses this week, but apologies for making this one way too obvious.... so many of you spotted right off this teaser was a natural object.

I thought this had endless opportunities, but sadly for me Jackfrost saw straight through my ruse and pinged me right away.

A wickerwork basket it is, so congratulations to Jack and everyone else who came up with the right answer.

A special mention to Happy who suggested it might be a fruit bowl; indeed this basket is usually used as a fruit bowl.
