Thanks Usky, well as i already had a coversation w/him and nice, we were both polite, seems he forgets easy, i'l talk now w/his building administrator or so, as he can't do that noise in the silence of the night at all...even my dog doesn't do noises, how can i let this go on..no way, he must behave well, lol or i'l tell my dog to bite him
